Arcese relocates to Daventry

Logistics firm Arcese UK has moved its Midlands hub to a 90,000 sq ft building at Heartlands Business Park in Daventry.

Arcese is a private logistics company headquartered in Italy with 500,000 sq m of warehouses throughout Europe and employing over 2,600 employees. Its UK headquarters is at Tilbury.

The move to Daventry is an expansion from its former premises in Crick and is based on the strategic motorway connectivity the new premises offered. DTZ’s industrial agency team agreed the deal on behalf of the former tenant Sims Group UK.

Keith Luetchford of Arcese said: “The building was ideally suited for us being within 1 km of three of our major clients to service them for distribution and storage. The site also gives us the ability to park over 80 trailers within the secure yard area, which is a real benefit. We are sure that this facility will help us further the development our business and aid local employment in the area.”
