ArrowXL wins contract with Concept2 to deliver gym equipment across the UK

Concept2 and ArrowXL have partnered for delivery services across the UK.

Following a rising demand in at-home fitness services throughout the pandemic, ArrowXL will handle the delivery of Concept2’s product range to households across the UK.

ArrowXL will receive all orders into the Worcester hub before delivering the specialist equipment. Any items will also be delivered to a specific room in the customer’s house, in line with government lockdown rules.

Jake Evans, logistics manager at Concept2 said: “We were looking for a courier who could offer a more dependable service to our home delivery customers, specifically in terms of reliability and ability to offer a delivery window on a specified date’.  ArrowXL has so far exceeded our expectations!”

Craig Kavanagh, Sales Director at ArrowXL, said: “Concept2 sell premium gym equipment and wanted a delivery service to reflect this.  The 2-man service that ArrowXL offer fulfils their requirement perfectly in terms of customer expectation and service.”
