AV Dawson backs plan to help former soldiers find logistics jobs

Middlesbrough logistics company AV Dawson has signed an Armed Forces Bronze Covenant and pledged to support former military personnel to find work in the logistics sector, and use ex-military training.

The pledge ensures that members are treated with fairness and respect to local job opportunities. The support includes the Career Transition Partnership which helps establish tailored employment pathways for service leavers. Service spouses and partners alongside grants leave for service spouses and partners are supported before, during and after partner’s deployment.
