Food manufacturing company Bakkavor Group has put up for sale its 51,985 sq ft food processing and warehouse complex on Brookside Way, Huthwaite in Nottinghamshire. 

The unit is available at a rent of £4.75 per sq ft through Savills. Ian Muxlow, director in the commercial team at Savills Nottingham, said: “Situated in a prime industrial location, the property offers excellent access to J28 of the M1 providing connectivity to Nottingham, Derby and Sheffield and the surrounding areas. There remains a significant lack of supply across the East Midlands and for this reason we expect to receive considerable interest from potential occupiers.”
