PICK-TO-LIGHT SOLUTIONS
The Banner PVL Parts Verification Array is a retro-reflective light grid to help streamline part picking processes. It complements the existing PVA and PVD solutions, and offers cost-effective and reliable solutions easily adapted for specific manufacturing applications.
 
The EZ-LIGHT K50 Touch is a rugged, ergonomically designed, cost-effective pick light with manual feedback. The operator can confirm the pick operation with the touch of a finger, hand or whole palm – with bare hands or work gloves – and receives a bright, clear indication.
 
The EZ-LIGHT K30 is a miniaturized indicator light with push-button functionality that is part of Banner’s actuator family, and is designed to be used in many part assembly, part verification, and bin picking applications.
 
Barcode reader for Data Matrix and linear barcodes with touch screen setup
The iVu BCR is a versatile bar code reader that is easily configured from the touch-screen. It reads Data Matrix and all standard linear bar codes, and includes the ability to read multiple codes of different types in the same image. Information is output by serial port. An intuitive multi-language user interface allows for easy configuration without the need for a PC.
 
The iVu BCR’s extensive capabilities make it appropriate for a wide range of identification and verification applications. These include packaging, component tracking for automotive and other assembly operations, pharmaceutical and medical products, material handling and distribution, food and beverage, and electronics. The unit’s compact IP67 rated housing withstands harsh industrial environments.
 
WORLD-BEAM photoelectric sensors
The WORLD-BEAM photoelectric sensors provide universal housing designs and an array of sensing modes and mounting options that fit almost any packaging application and installation requirement. The main four models of the WORLD-BEAM Series are, Q12 and Q20 with miniature and rectangular housing and also the popular QS18 and QS30 with 18 mm and 30 mm threaded nose plus mounting holes for easy installation. Special models include the QS30 Water Sensor, an innovative solution for efficiently detecting water-based liquids (water, alcohol, shampoo…) in clear, frosted or colored protective containers. Also available in the same QS30 housing is a clear object sensor used for detecting transparent plastic or glass.
