Biggest Telford spec development for a decade

Trebor Developments, with partner Hillwood, are developing a 70,540 sq ft warehouse in Telford the biggest spec development in the area for a decade.

The partners have appointed Morris Property as main contractor to construct the industrial unit, which is in a single building and is available on competitive lease terms, 25% less than prime Birmingham rents.

Morris Property will start on site in January and the building will be ready for occupation in summer 2020.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner for Trebor, said, “This is the last plot at Hortonwood West for development, which has attracted a wide range of occupiers over the last three years to become one of the best industrial parks in Telford. We expect strong interest in this quality new unit, which is offered on competitive terms.”
