B&M takes second mega shed in North West
It exchanged contracts for a ten-year sub-lease with Tesco on Midpoint 460 making the deal the biggest in the North West this year.
Sitting on a 24.53-acre site, the cross docked building boasts 13.8 m eaves, 64 dock and one level and two double deck loading doors, a vehicle wash, gatehouse and in rack and high level sprinklers.
Home furnishings retailer Dunelm had been thought to have agreed to take Midpoint 460 earlier this year but dropped it when they decided to take 525,000 sq ft on a build-to-suit deal with developer Prologis at Prologis Park Sideway near its current base in Stoke-on-Trent.
B&M was advised by Leeds-based law firm Gordons. Midpoint 460 is marketed by JLL.
