Bosal UK awards exclusive contract to Nightfreight
Nightfreight has been awarded an exclusive two-year contract with exhaust system and towbar manufacturer, Bosal UK. The seven-figure contract will see Nightfreight managing all outbound delivery of all Bosal’s products from its Preston site to aftermarket customers across the UK. Nightfreight will provide a nationwide six-day, next-day delivery service through its national shared-user network of 53 depots. This replaces a previous multiple contractor and dedicated fleet operation. Nightfreight expects to deliver more than 12,000 products per week direct to the automotive and tubular steel markets as part of the new partnership. Established in 1984, Nightfreight offers four main delivery channels as either standalone services or multi- configurable options, including single parcel express and non-standard freight, two-man shared-user home delivery nationwide, a specialist warehousing, handling and installation ‘white glove‘ service, and dedicated logistics.
