Caddick Developments plans Lancashire logistics park

Caddick Developments is proposing to deliver a new 612,500 sq. ft industrial and logistics hub in Farington, Lancashire.

The proposed development would include 612,500 sq. ft of commercial space, offering a mix of industrial and logistics space with ancillary offices, providing the flexibility to accommodate businesses of all types and sizes. Proposals include a range of unit sizes to accommodate the needs of future occupiers, including big-box distribution units, mid-box production and warehousing, as well as smaller units for local businesses.

The site is situated in close proximity to the M65, Junction 29 of the M6 and J9 of the M61.

The 40-acre site, conveniently located adjacent to Lancashire Business Park, is anticipated to create around 830 full-time equivalent jobs upon completion. A further 420 full-time equivalent positions are expected to be created during the construction phase.
