CEVA wins Best European 3PL for Industrial Supply Chain award

CEVA Logistics has been recognised at this year’s eyefortransport European 3PL Awards, winning the Best European 3PL for Industrial Supply Chain award.

Held last week during the eyefortransport’s eight Annual 3PL Summit in Brussels, Belgium, the Awards are designed to recognise those 3PLs that continuously deliver excellence in logistics operations and superior service to their customers.

The awards take on a special significance as they are decided on by European 3PL customers – the manufacturers and retailers who depend on and work with logistics service providers every day.

CEVA’s president of Northern Europe, Leigh Pomlett said:  "It is an honour to win this Award, as it acknowledges how CEVA is delivering improved customer service and satisfaction, to our customers in the Industrial sector.  We have a wealth of experience in this sector, and with our focus on continuous improvement our supply chain solution is adaptable enough to grow and change with our customer’s future business plans."

In other news, Raben Netherlands recently won two awards: the TLN Entrepreneur Award and a Dutch-Polish Trade Award.

Transport en Logistiek Nederland (TLN) is one of the large organisations in the logistics sector in Holland. The Entrepreneur Award in Transport & Logistics is a prestigious distinction, recognising the efforts of entrepreneurs that demonstrate exceptional achievements in the field of quality improvement and risk management.

Raben Group also provides for sustainable development in its activities, and this was recognised with the Dutch-Polish Trade Award. The students of Nyenrode University in Holland, together with students from Poland, jointly researched companies with regards to Corporate Social Responsibility and the way of running the company, resulting in Raben Group winning the Sustainable Entrepreneurship Award.
