The warehouse has been refurbished and has 33 dock levellers, 15 level access loading doors, 360-degree circulation, 229 car parking spaces, 3MVA power supply as well as 15 metre clear eaves height and a new additional yard.

It was advised by JLL. “Logicor Sheffield 615’s size and specification characterise it as one of the UK’s most unique warehouses and marks this as the biggest industrial market letting in the UK during 2018 to date,” said lead director of JLL’s strategic occupier solutions team Michael Alderton.

Clipper chairman Steve Parkin described the contract with PrettyLittleThing.com as “one of the Company’s most significant contract wins,” demonstrating “Clipper’s ability to deliver cost-effective solutions for retailers of any scale.”
