Closure of the Terminal Wels customs post effective 1 January 2016

Upper Austria: Linz Wels customs office to announce the closure of the Terminal Wels customs post effective from 1 January 2016

As the Austrian working group of international hauliers AISÖ (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Internationaler Straßenverkehrsunternehmer Österreichs) notes, the customs post allocated to the Linz Wels customs office in Wels will be closed by the end of the year 2015.

The announcement regarding the closure of the Terminal Wels 4600 Wels, Terminalstraße 100, will become effective on 1 January 2016. Pursuant to the respective paragraph (§ 18 Abs. 6 i. V. m. Abs. 5 AVOG-DV 2010) the text of the announcement will be available for inspection at the Federal Ministry of Finance, regional organisation of the Federal Minister of Finance, customs offices and the departments of the Austrian Economic Chamber. Moreover the announcement will be made via electronic media.
