CMC accelerates expansion with three new subsidiaries opening
CMC, part of the KKR Global Impact Fund Portfolio and manufacturer of automated, ‘right-sized’ packaging machines for e-fulfilment, has announced that it is opening three new subsidiaries in the UK, France, and Germany.
The expansion is a result of a growing demand for packaging automation in these countries where e-commerce sales are at their highest rate compared to the rest of the continent.
The subsidiaries will allow CMC to serve more customers, and shorten response and delivery time.
This expansion adds to the long-established CMC America LLC and CMC Netherland BV subsidiaries which have added warehouse space, sales, and service organisations in the regions.
