These days the cooperation of ÖSV (Austrian ski association) and DB Schenker was continued through the transport of the equipment for the Austria Ski Team’s overseas trainings camps. Under the control of the team of the DB Schenker branch in Kufstein, Tyrol, a total of 18 tons of equipment was transported to the training sites of the ski ladies and gentlemen teams.

The first destination was Wanaka (New Zealand) on 26 July, with a total of seven tons of material for the ÖSV ladies team. Ushuaia/Argentinia followed on 1 August, where the men’s combination team received 2.5 tons of material. On 5 August the men’s techniques team received 3.5 tons of equipment from DB Schenker. The training camp of the men speed team in Portillo/Chile received five tons of material on 10 August, which was the last destination at this stage.

"This is our sixth season of cooperation with ÖSV. We are proudly looking on this long cooperation as it proves the ÖSV is relying on our know how", says Herbert Pircher, Manager of the DB Schenker branch in Kufstein.
