Coty awards long-term contract to SmartWay Logistics
SmartWay Logistics has signed a long-term contract with Coty to provide European transportation management services for Coty’s portfolio of fragrance products. SmartWay Logistics will manage full truckload inter-company movements from production facilities to distribution centres and direct customer deliveries. SmartWay will also provide carrier management support, carrier self-billing services and KPI reporting. SmartWay Logistics‘ outsourced logistics solution will help Coty with increased operational efficiency and visibility, process standardisation and improved supply chain intelligence data. In other news, SmartWay Logistics has received its ISO 9001:2008 certification, just one year after establishing its operations in Europe.
