Council approves South Normanton logistics scheme

Bolsover Council has granted planning permission for the final phase of Park 38 a £46 million mixed retail and industrial scheme at South Normanton.

The development, off Cartwright Lane, would see a more than 500,000 sq ft of logistics space as well as a new retail park created on farmland.

Limes Development is intending to develop four warehouse units from 52,000 sq ft to 145,000 sq ft on the 36.7-acre site.

Bolsover District Council has already approved the first phase of the scheme for 10 retail units and a 95-bedroom hotel.
