Dettendorfer Spedition plans acquisition of Inntaler Logistik-Park

Takeover of the Inntaler-Logistik-Park GmbH by Johann Dettendorfer Spediton in Kufstein was filed at the competition authority on 8 June

Johann Dettendorfer Spedition, Ferntrans GmbH & Co. KG has intentions to take over 100 per cent of the shares of Auspizium Beteiligungs GmbH in its function as financial and owner company of lnntaler Logistik-Park GmbH, operating a truck fuel station in Kufstein. The merger project involves the forwarding company and the tank storage, informs the federal competition authority.

The deadline for submission of an application by the official parties pursuant to § 11 paragraph 1 Cartel Act (application for examination of the merger in antitrust court proceedings) is 6 July, 2015. Every entrepreneur whose legal or economic interests are affected by the merger, may bring in a written statement within 14 days from the announcement on 8 June 2015 at the federal competition authority and/or the federal cartel prosecutor.
