Developers join up to boost warehouse availability in Stafford
Property developers Trebor Developments and Seddon have bought an 11.7-acre site in Stafford, adjacent to Redhill Business Park where they plan to build two warehouses, one speculatively.
The site, known as Prime Point 14, will accommodate to units one of 76,400 sq ft and one of 64,200 sq ft. The speculative units is expected to be available during 2017. Trevor is already in the process of delivering a speculative industrial development of 115,000 sq ft on the adjacent Redhill Business Park (Project Triton), which is due for completion in December 2016. Joint letting agents are BNP Paribas and Savills.
