DHL’s principal US hub obtains TAPA certification

DHL’s principal US hub at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG) airport has been certified through the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) program.

With all of DHL Express‘ global hubs now TAPA-certified, the company has more TAPA-certified facilities within its global network than any company in any industry in the world.

Assessed and evaluated by independent auditors, the DHL Express CVG facility received this highest level of certification as a result of its audit scores and the company’s commitment to enhancing security standards.

DHL has more than 160 TAPA-certified facilities throughout the world, although the CVG hub is the first DHL facility in the US to achieve this certification.

DHL Express plans to achieve TAPA certification at all Express US gateways.
