Diehl forwarding now acting officially as Gebrüder Weiss branch
New colour: following the takeover of the freight forwarder Diehl by Gebrüder Weiss, the sites are now to be rebranded
The freight forwarding company Diehl, with its headquarters in Esslingen, near Stuttgart, will officially operate under the brand name Gebrüder Weiss GmbH & Co. KG as of 1 January 2014. All Diehl locations – Esslingen, Untermünkheim and Wernau – will be adapted to the GW design in the coming days. The existing truck fleet will gradually be adapted through new acquisitions.
The takeover of the transport company with 350 employees in April 2012 had been preceeded by a longstanding cooperation. In addition to investments in technology, quality and equipment in the new locations, also the business processes and the service portfolio have been coordinated.
