E-commerce 3PL expands warehousing space in Nottingham

E-commerce 3PL Streamline Logistics has signed a three-year lease on three units with St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics to expand its premises at Bestwood Business Park in Nottingham.

The three units, total more than 53,000 sq ft, are of steel portal frame construction and have 8.5m eaves, level access loading, welfare accommodation, and dedicated car parking spaces.

Located three miles from Junction 26 of the M1, Bestwood Business Park has storage space totalling 170,000 sq ft and is home to occupiers, including The Bodyshop, D-Signs & Print, and Shredall. As a result of the Streamline Logistics lease it has now reached full occupancy.

Andy Yang, Managing Director at Streamline Logistics, said: “We’re delighted to be upscaling our operations in the East Midlands and, as we already occupied a unit at Bestwood Business Park, it was a very straightforward decision to expand our premises here, continuing our relationship with St. Modwen.

“The three new units offer the exact specification we were looking for and will be a great addition to our home here in Nottingham.”
