Enfield Distribution leases Unit 5

Online grocer Farmdrop has taken Unit 5 at Enfield Distribution Park.  The 24,298 sq ft unit is part of the Phase II development programme.

Farmdrop has signed a ten-year lease on Unit 5 and will be joining existing park tenants DFS and Cook’s Delight. Two 24,298 sq ft and 84,805 sq ft units remain.

“The plan is to double our delivery radius over the next six months,” said Mike Pearson at Farmdrop, “which is why we needed a new distribution hub with good transport links.”

Enfield Distribution Park is offering design and build opportunities up 120,000 sq ft in phases 3 and 4.
