Eni Norge awards 4-year contract to Kuehne + Nagel
Eni Norge has awarded a four-year contract to Kuehne + Nagel to provide integrated transport, forwarding and customs clearance services. Eni Norge is part of the Italian integrated energy company Eni and operates in oil & gas exploration and production. The new agreement covers the provision of logistics services to Eni Norge for the development, drilling and operational phases of two new offshore projects: Goliat and Marulk. The new offshore fields are located in the Barents Sea and Norwegian Sea to the north of the country. According to Leif Arne Strømmen, national manager of Oil & Gas, Kuehne + Nagel Norway, this contract supports Kuehne + Nagel’s strategy to expand its offering to the oil & gas market in northern Norway.
