Final deals at Leicester logistics scheme

The last warehouses at Rotherhill Developments’ 250,000ft² plus Crosslink 646 scheme, in Leicester have been let.

A 90,000ft² building was pre-let on a 15-year lease to EM Pharma while the 35,000ft² remaining unit has been let to Day Lewis. Both units have been developed to be certified BREEAM Very Good.

The four-unit site, just south of Loughborough and north of the A46 at Junction 21a of the M1 motorway, has been marketed from its inception by Andrew & Ashwell and FHP Property Consultants.

The final two units on the scheme were acquired by LondonMetric as part of a £28.8 million investment deal in 2021 that also included a 9-acre site in Droitwich which is used for vehicle storage and let to Amazon.

Atlas Real Estate advised on the off-market acquisitions.
