First phase of £24m Oxfordshire development ready to occupy

A 200,000 sq ft industrial warehousing development near Bicester, Oxfordshire, is now ready for occupation.  

Phase one of the scheme comprises of five self-contained industrial units which range in size from 23,500 sq ft to 65,000 sq ft. These logistics and production units are self contained and have dedicated parking and secure loading facilities

The development is three miles from Junction 9 of the M40.

Known as Axis J9, each phase one building has photovoltaic panels on the roof and has been constructed to carbon zero building specification, achieving a BREAAM ‘Very Good’ rating.

The £24 million scheme was developed by Aver Property Partnership (a joint venture between Ergo Real Estate and NFU Mutual).
