Fitrite finds new home at St. Modwen Park Doncaster
Fencing and decking manufacturer and installer Fitrite has taken a 21,272 sq ft warehouse at St Modwen Park Doncaster in South Yorkshire.
Completed in Spring 2020, St. Modwen built three speculative industrial and logistics warehouses – of which only a unit of 53,072 sq ft remains available for immediate occupation.
John Ross, Chairman at Fitrite, said: “After an extraordinarily busy few months, we’re pleased to be expanding our operations and moving to our new home in Doncaster. We feel this move will help us keep up with the significant increase in demand for our product from across the UK.”
