Fleet management firm secures Midlands warehouse

L49, a newly built 48,933ft2 logistics and industrial building, is located in Lichfield on the A38 corridor, in the heart of the Midlands, approximately 16 miles north of Birmingham. The warehouse is certified BREEAM ‘In Use – Very Good’ and has an EPC ‘A’ rating.

The Liberty Park site totals 32 acres, offering up to 440,000ft2 in units from 40,000-310,000ft2. The first phase comprises unit L49 and another 117,184ft2 unit – Lichfield 117 – which is available for immediate occupation. The remainder of the site will be built to suit.
