Gebrüder Weiss: “GW pro.line home“ offers end customers transport service from the point-of-sale to their home adresses all across Austria

Gebrüder Weiss transport and logistics group is combining its expertise it has been collecting in the challenging home delivery segment for more than ten years under the „GW pro.line home“ product name and is expanding home delivery to all parts of Austria – with practical additional services in accordance with uniform quality standards.

GW pro.line home is focusing specifically on consumers‘ current logistics needs. All the usual goods, and over-sized goods in particular, can be transported from point-of-sale to the home. In general, these are small items of furniture, white and brown goods and fitness equipment. The standard service includes a binding delivery advice note, for example via a text message, and delivering the goods from house to house within 24 or 48 hours – as well as evenings and Saturdays. In addition to a high level of reliable planning, consumers benefit from additional services like unpacking, setting up and connecting appliances and disposing of packaging material and used appliances.

A useful addition to the GW pro.line home range is also possible through the company’s performance in the area of eCommerce. The range of specialist expertise extends from developing webshop solutions to payment and returns management and warehousing through to call centre services.
