St. Modwen secures occupier to let speculative scheme in Tamworth

St. Modwen Industrial and Logistics has completed a deal to bring an international e-commerce provider to St. Modwen Park Tamworth, signing a 15-year agreement to occupy the 321,204 sq ft speculatively-built unit.

The site is located near Junction 10 of the M42 and within 5 minutes of Birmingham Intermodal Freight Terminal, St. Modwen Park Tamworth.

The scheme already hosts several other occupiers, including electrical installation company, SM UK, and the market leader of reusable fresh supply chain packaging, Euro Pool System, which leased a 49,000 sq ft warehouse in July 2020.

Gregg Titley, Development Director at St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics, said: “The completion of T321 – one of our largest speculative industrial and logistics builds – was a significant moment for us last year and signified our growth plans as a business.”

Katie Monks, Associate Director at Savills, added: “The location and specification of St. Modwen Park Tamworth have proved popular and this recent letting illustrates the underlying demand for quality, big-box industrial units in the West Midlands.

Agents for the scheme are Savills, Colliers International, and CBRE.
