G. Englmayer forwarding expands its overnight express to South Tyrol
Longstanding Night Star Express partner G. Englmayer now also serves the economic region of South Tyrol
The (national/international) overnight express service that has been successfully operated by G. Englmayer Spedition (Wels) for many years, was expanded to South Tyrol, as the company announces in a press release.
As a franchise partner of the international system alliance Night Star Express, the company has been responsible for Austria and Eastern Europe for a long time. The region of South Tyrol was recently added to the service portfolio. The services offered include Track & Trace for shipments by means of online delivery scanning (GPS), reads the release.
From Tuesday to Saturday G. Englmayer delivers goods to South Tyrol mainly before work starts at 8 in the morning, notwithstanding to Sterzing, Brixen, Bolzano, Hafling or Latsch. Thus recipients save unnecessary waits during operation and gain flexibility in the planning of work processes.
The medium-sized family company G. Englmayer has currently a staff of more than 500 persons and moves over 1.5 million shipments per year. The company runs currently five locations in Austria (Wels, Graz, Leopoldsdorf near Vienna, Salzburg and Grafenstein). Moreover they have subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina.
