Gist has acquired a 90,760 sq ft warehouse unit at industrial and logistics development Markham Vale.
The warehouse is expected to generate 200 additional jobs for the logistics business when it completes in September.
The site will be fitted out to a high specification for a chilled warehouse and storage facility.
The site can also include full yard circulation and cross-docked facilities, as a second phase of development, allowing for future expansion.
