Glenny secures three new lettings at North London site

Acting on behalf of Royal London Asset Management (RLAM), Glenny’s Business Space Agency team has concluded three lettings at The Grid in Enfield, North London.

In the last few weeks, Glenny has leased space to Vyper Industries, an e-commerce trading agency which has taken up 6,808 sq ft for the next five years, and Matz Medical, a company providing surgical and medical supplies that has agreed a 10 year lease for 11,788 sq ft across two units on the site.

Jeffrey Prempeh, Associate in the Business Space Agency team said: “These deals support our confidence in the logistics sector which has proven its resilience over the last 12 months.

“Quality industrial space in strategic locations like Enfield attract a high number of leasing enquiries and with supply levels already stretched, we don’t expect the remaining two units on the estate to hang around for long.”
