Goodman acquires 10.3 acre site
Goodman has acquired a 10.3 acre logistics site at Bermuda Park, Nuneaton which will provide up to 230,000 sq ft of distribution warehouse space.
Work on the development is to start in spring 2019 to be available for occupation from December 2019.
“Bermuda Park offers a prime site for logistics and distribution given its strategic location and excellent transport links. With a shortage of Grade A space of this size available and clear market demand, we anticipate the development will appeal to logistics companies and retailers operating on either a national or regional basis,” said Goodman development director Nigel Dolan.
