Grand Union set to let in Q1

SEGRO’s multi storey development “Grand Union” at Park Royal, London, will have units available to let in Q1 2024.

SEGRO V-Park Grand Union is one of London’s most sought-after industrial areas. The building fronts onto the North Circular Road, and the nearby A40 road, a major trunk road connecting London and Wales. The M25 motorway orbiting London is also easy to get to, as is the M1 running north.

Grand Union is multi-level, multi-use industrial development, with the flexibility to upsize, downsize and tailor each space.

The industrial space is across six levels, with cargo lifts. Units are to be available in a range of sizes from 1,500 to 30,630ft2. Industrial space is supported by shared meeting rooms, breakout areas and wellness spaces, including a green roof terrace.

Grand Union is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC “A” rating, and incorporates photovoltaic panels, EV charging points for cars and vans, has air source heating pumps, a living “green wall.”

JLL and DTRE are the appointed leasing agents.
