Half million sq ft warehouse and office scheme for Market Harborough
Plans for a 500,000 sq ft plus logistics and office scheme have been submitted to Harborough Council with the potential to create hundreds of new jobs for Market Harborough.
Wellington Business Park is located to the north-west of the town on a 25-acre site within one mile of the A6 and forms part of the wider Market Harborough Strategic Development Area.
Historically, the site formed part of the airfield that was used by the RAF in World War II and was home to the Wellington Bombers of No. 14 Operational Training Unit of RAF Bomber Command.
Commercial property agent, Prop-Search has been appointed as sole agent to market and promote the new business park. Buildings will be available on a build to suit basis with industrial/warehouse units from 10,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft and office buildings from 5,000 sq ft.
