Haulage firm secures new Northampton base
Haulage firm WT Transport, which is part of The Pallet Network, has snapped up Aviva Investors’ 133,000ft2 warehouse known as Rothbart133, at Swan Valley Industrial Park in Northampton.
The company has taken a 10-year lease on the speculatively built unit which meets ‘some of the highest’ environmental and sustainability credentials. The warehouse reached practical completion in July this year.
It is one of a number warehouse developments that Aviva Investors has invested into at Swan Valley, and follows the recent development of Odette58, which was let to Fisher & Paykel in 2021 also on a ten-year lease.
The letting agents were Avison Young and Burbage Realty, with Chadwick McRae acting for WT Transport.
