Head of Paradigm™ Latin America Operations Relocates to Venezuela

Vice President Pablo Pascual to lead Paradigm’s Latin America oil and gas exploration operations from Caracas office

Amsterdam, Netherlands – Oct. 23, 2007 – Paradigm™ ( www.pdgm.com ), a leading provider of enterprise software solutions to the global oil and natural gas exploration and production (E&P) industry, announced today that Pablo Pascual, vice president of its Latin America operations, has relocated from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Caracas, Venezuela earlier this month.

“Venezuela has the biggest reserves in the western hemisphere and is one of our fastest growing markets,” said John W. Gibson, Jr., president and chief executive officer of Paradigm. “Its strategic geographic location between our other big growth markets, Mexico and Brazil, makes Venezuela a logical focal point for our Latin America operations.”

“By strengthening our presence in this key region, we’re enhancing our ability to respond to the needs of exploration and production companies throughout Latin America,” added Jorge Machniza, Paradigm’s chief operating officer. “Under Sr. Pascual’s leadership, Paradigm’s impact in the region will become even more significant.” For media information, contact Katie Hendrick by phone at +1 919 945 0569, or by email at katie@koroberi.com.
