Hellmann UK launches additional service to Eastern Germany
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics UK has launched an additional direct feed service into the Eastern region of Germany. Hellmann will provide the service in conjunction with the Deutsche Transport Compagnie (DTC) in Nuremberg.
The service will operate from Basildon and Lichfield in the UK to Nuremberg, Germany; before completing a round trip back to the UK. The new shuttle service will complement Hellmann’s existing services in the region to Osnabrück, Stuttgart, Hanover, Whittlich, Frankfurt and Hamburg.
However, unlike Osnabrück and Whittlich, the Nuremberg service will run with groupage and part loads direct into the Eastern region.
