Hörmann UK completes installations at St Modwen Park Gloucester

Hörmann UK has completed the installation of loading bays and access doors as part of phase one of the development of St Modwen Park Gloucester .

As part of a £1 million contract to provide products for 16 different sites throughout 2019 and 2020, Hörmann UK has provided seven level access doors and 13 loading bays featuring with dock shelters, dock levellers, LED traffic lights and dock bumpers

Phase 1 of St Modwen Park Gloucester comprises of three separate units that total 174,000 sq ft o warehousing space.

Located off of Junction 12 of the M5,  a 44,861 sq ft unit and 73,597 sq ft unit are already available for immediate occupation.

There is also an opportunity to construct a 400,000 sq. ft ‘Built to Suit’ unit, upon request.
