Ipostparcels opens up click and collect to depots

ipostparcels has launched a ‘Depot to Depot’ click and collect service for consumers and SMEs, with 55 participating depots across the UK.

The fully operational service can be accessed via ipostparcels website, with customers able to select depot, date for drop off and the ability to opt for the ‘Depot to Depot’ service. The initiative is inclusive of small to XXL parcels, and the recipient will receive a notification once the parcel has been shipped, advising them of the chosen destination depot and the date the parcel will be available for collection.

Ros Hunt, marketing director said: ”This is an extension of our ‘Drop at Depot’ initiative which is used regularly by a third of our customers. Following a customer feedback session, we decided to offer a more comprehensive ‘Depot to Depot’ service and expand upon the savings that our customers can achieve”.
