Itworks at LogiMAT
At LogiMAT 2015 Itworks will be glad to present the newly released vo-CE v.5 for Android devices e Google Glass.
Loyal as always to the “hands free” concept, appreciated both by warehouse operators and Supply Chain managers, Itworks develops an application which combines the advantages guaranteed by the voice technology and data exchange (images, video, etc) with Smart Glasses, all integrated with WMS or ERP.
As well as the previous versions of the software, this Android-based application integrates ASR and TTS engines from Nuance, both speech independent and speech dependent, and obviously has all the functionalities of the last version of the voice picking solution vo-CE (www.it-works.it/vo-CE) such as “check digit” or various protocols support, etc. At the same time the device equipped with the software is connected to a monocular display with integrated HD camera ready to take pictures, make high-definition videos and read barcodes confirming the item to be picked. The operator can save the captured data in the device memory or transmit it in real time.
Such powerful system, light and ergonomic, is perfect for various Supply Chain processes: from data collection during production process to picking of goods to send to stores.
