At the beginning of November 2012 Itworks srl has announced the release of a new version of vo-CE, the software for voice picking, more innovative and flexible than before.
Based, as usual, on the ASR and TTS engines of Nuance and taking advantage of the progress done by this voice technologies leader, the new vo-CE 4.0 has been designed to offer ISV partners more freedom choosing the integration mode that suits best for a certain project on one hand and complete control of the voice application on the other hand. Besides, thanks to the flexible character of vo-CE, ISVs can easily integrate it not only with WMS of any type, but also with such ERP leaders as SAP and MS Dynamics Nav.
 
The main strong points of the new version of vo-CE 4.0 are:
• a really complete integration support package, including such protocols as RDP and Citrix and the optimized support of HTTP;
• more independency from the hardware platform.
 
As usually the ISV developers who use vo-CE can choose between the run-time independent version and the SDK one to be included in their client.
The attention of the vo-CE team to the needs of the clients and the continuous optimization of the software, make vo-CE one of the voice picking products that the major ISVs and VARs look for. As of today, vo-CE has more than 3.500 operators in various industrial and retail sectors, both in Italy and abroad.
New partnerships and the fact that each time the voice projects become more complex and challenging, show the trust that the vo-CE partners have in the application and its technical support and confirm the strong position of the software on the European market.
