K+N acquires 214,000 sq ft Coventry DC
Kuehne + Nagel has acquired a 214,000 sq ft distribution centre at Whitley Business Park in Coventry. The letting is for a 15-year term.
The unit was previously owned by Travis Perkins Properties, which was then sold to Equites International for £41,000,000.
The unit is 12.0 metres, to eaves with 17 loading doors. The extensive yard areas have planning consent for external storage to 8.0 metres.
Earlier this year Kuehne + Nagel opened a European hub in Aberdeen.
