Kuehne & Nagel snaps up Birmingham shed
Kuehne & Nagel has taken a new 100,000 sq ft plus warehouse on the 13-acre Kingpin Industrial Park in Tyseley, Birmingham.
The 120,595 sq ft warehouse has 12m eaves, 10 dock and two level access doors as well as a 50m yard and 935 KVA power supply. It is the last unit to be let on the park which is now fully occupied. JLL and Harris Lamb were joint agents.
