Laithwaite’s Wine sees e-commerce volumes boom

Some 31.5 million bottles of Laithwaite’s Wine have been delivered by courier Yodel so far in 2020, as home deliveries surge in popularity.

Yodel said it had seen a surge in orders, this year driven by work-from-home orders in March.

Sam Holden, chief commercial officer at Yodel said: “With consumers up and down the country continuing to work remotely, online retail is consistently demonstrating its convenience across all sectors.”
