Leftfield acquires two new warehouses in Bradford

Investment firm Leftfield has acquired two new Grade A “mid-box speculative industrial properties” in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Located on Thornbury Industrial Park, the new units total 94,674ft². Each unit consists of a warehouse – 39,435ft² and 49,357ft² respectively – as well as office space.

In addition, both units have 10m eaves, ground and dock level loading doors, and a combined 126 car parking spaces.

Nico Fourie, Chief Executive of Leftfield, said: “Demand for well-located, high-specification properties remains high in this underserved sector. We are excited to add these two excellent units to Leftfield’s Fund III, which continues to expand in key strategic locations.”

Construction of the units was completed in July and both are currently vacant. Leftfield bought them from property developer Marshall CDP, with CBRE acting on behalf of the former and Carter Towler advising the latter.

Joint agents for the properties are CBRE, Carter Towler, and JLL.
