Leicester warehouse for Mattel
US toy manufacturer, Mattel has taken a ten-year lease on a 205,760 sq ft warehouse in Leicester.
Optimus 205 was developed by M&G Real Estate with Wilson Bowden Developments.
It is adjacent to Optimus 277, a 277,745 sq ft warehouse from the same development team. The two form part of the wider Optimus Point employment site.
