Rhenus Midi Data: Expansion to Great Britain through takeover of Lupprians UK
Rhenus Midi Data, the specialist for high-tech logistics within the Rhenus group, took over the leading services provider for technical installation and distribution work in Great Britain, Lupprians UK. Great Britain is one of the key markets in Europe for Rhenus Midi Data. Thus this acquisition is of great importance to the company.
Lupprians UK has business operations at four sites – London, Milton Keynes, Manchester and Glasgow – and serves the complete British market from these centres. The high-tech logistics services provider has a modern fleet of vehicles and has been part of the TecDis network founded by Rhenus for technical distribution services since June this year.
The experienced British management team is heading 185 employees in the high tech logistics segment. The enterprise will retain its own brand.
