M & Co picks Clipper for delivery contract

Mackays Stores, which trades as M & Co, has awarded the contract for distribution to its shops to Clipper Logistics.

From January, Clipper will be serving M & Co’s retail store base on an exclusive basis, using a mixture of dedicated and shared user vehicles from its distribution centres at Harlow, Avonmouth, Brighouse and East Kilbride.

Fashion retailer M & Co has been selling clothing for over 50 years. It has more than 250 stores throughout the UK. The contract runs to the end of 2019.

Bryce Howie, logistics and IT director, said: “We are confident that this relationship will continue to enhance the service that we are able to provide to our customers, and that it will be mutually beneficial over the next few years for both Clipper and ourselves”.
