Maxell Europe trusts in DB Schenker for three more years
DB Schenker and Maxell Europe Ltd. extend logistics contract, including also a distribution centre for the Eastern Europe market in Hungary
Maxell Europe Ltd. has extended the agreement with DB Schenker as its logistics service provider. The scope of activities includes a European distribution centre located in the Netherlands, a distribution centre in Hungary for the Eastern Europe market and the distribution to and from the warehouses.
Maxell and DB Schenker started to cooperate in 2011 to manage and optimise the supply chain for Maxell within Europe. The integrated solution of warehousing and land transportation was successfully implemented including a comprehensive IT setup. DB Schenker was able to minimise the amount of warehouses from four to two in Europe and continue with the same level of service.
